I know what you must be feeling when you get a call for a job interview. Believe me I've been there. Jumping up and down, pacing the room with excitement thinking I'm going to be able to make rent after all.
But then after the interview a week rolls by and you call the employer back and they've filled all the positions. I've been there too. Heart sinks right to the floor and you're devastated.
Just as with the resume and cover letter in a job interview you're still marketing yourself. And in the interview the competition is even more fierce than simply giving the resume. After all in an interview you're competing against the best of the best qualified. You still need to be able to separate yourself from your competition.
There are ways to do that:
1. Job interview courses and books.
2. Job interview coaches.
The problem with them is that everybody else that's being interviewed has probably all read the same things.
But click here for something that has not yet saturated the job search market.
And here for a resume builder and here for a cover letter creator.
